Returns and Refunds

At Pet Pharma, we want you to be satisfied with your order. If you wish to return your order, you can do so under the conditions listed below.

Return period

You may notify us of your intention to return your order within 30 days after receiving it.

After notifying us, the products must be returned to us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after your return request has been submitted.

Conditions for returns

A return is only accepted if the following conditions are met:

1. You notify us within 30 days after receiving your order.

2. The product is unused, unopened and in its original packaging.

3. The product seal or direct packaging has not been broken.

4. The product is returned complete, including all accessories, manuals and packaging materials where applicable.

5. The order number is clearly stated inside the package or on the outside of the box.

For reasons of health protection and hygiene, opened pet test kits, diagnostic tests, sample collection kits and similar hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned once the seal or direct packaging has been broken.

Please include your order number and the product or products you wish to return.

Once we have received your return request, we will confirm whether the product is eligible for return and provide further instructions if needed.

Return shipping

The cost and responsibility of the return shipment are borne by the customer, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Please make sure the return shipment is properly packaged and sufficiently stamped. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking. Pet Pharma is not responsible for return shipments that are lost, damaged or not delivered.

Shipments with insufficient postage may be refused and cannot be refunded.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned products, we will process your refund as soon as possible.

If the complete order is returned, we will refund the purchase amount including the standard delivery costs originally paid, where required by law.

If only part of the order is returned, the original delivery costs will not be refunded.

Return shipping costs are not refunded, unless we have agreed otherwise or the return is due to an error on our side.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless agreed otherwise.
